How to write a pulling Adwords Copy
Bringing traffic from Adwords is a technique and the most important part of that technique is ad copy. It’s the ad copy that attracts a visitor to click on it and visit your site. The site converts the visitor into a buyer and you get a sale.
However, this process is not as simple as it sounds. It needs a lot of testing to perfect the ad copy which urges the visitor to click. Due to high competition and organic search listings, attracting visitors to glance over at the right side of the search results page is definitely not an easy task. You need to create a stunning ad copy that no only has a WOW factor; it needs to stir up the curiosity and interest in a visitor.
To create good ad copy you need to consider a few points:
- The keyword itself – You should integrate the keyword you are bidding on for your Adwords campaign. Integrate it in the ad copy. For example, if you are bidding for the keyword ‘cars’, you need to mention the word cars in your Adwords copy. Visitor has typed this keyword in the search box and this is what he/she is thinking about while scouring the search results page. When he/she glances on the right, he/she sees the keyword in the ad. This urges him/her to read it and click on it.
- Build Curiosity – Curiosity is the strongest of human emotions. Build curiously by integrating action words like discover, finally, at last, warning, click here etc.
- Streamline your ad copy with your sale page – The landing page is the web page which opens when a visitors clicks on the ad. You need to streamline your ad copy to match the sales letter on your landing page. For example, if you are selling dog food, you need to create ad copy that focuses on the benefits of dog food.
