AdSense Ads For Mobile Apps

One of the most exciting areas of growth for AdWords is mobile use.  An article was posted on its prospects for growth a short time ago here.  

Google recently announced here that they have partnered with mobile app developers to show ads within the apps. 

This is exciting because this shows a lot of potential for local businesses.  You get in front of local prospects when they might be driving or standing around the corner from your store.  They don't have to make a search inside Google to see your ads.  It's also a new way for iPhone developers to make money from free apps, which likely will spur mobile development.  Though, there are other ad networks, Google has a giant network of high-paying advertisers.
