Google is going to introduce Improved, redesigned AdWords interface!

Posted by on June 13, 2012 05:58 AM

Google is going to unveil an improved AdWords with a redesigned interface. The new look is now under the preview mode and they’re asking for feedback before introducing it finally.

Google programmers have taken an objective look on AdWords functionality asking ‘How can we make it better?’ It has resulted in the introduction of ‘campaign types’ which is a major change to functionality. The design philosophy is to keep the interface simple for a simple campaign.

Navigation to create a search network campaign has been simplified into three options – Standard, All Features or Product Listing Ads, giving you quicker access to the information that matters. Standard denotes text ads displaying on search results; All Features means the features and options for the search network; and Product Listing Ads is customized for working on this type of AdWords extension. As for the visual features, the interface is in lighter green.

The refresh aims to make the interface even friendlier for the users. An AdWords interface which is more visually appealing and scalable is in the pipeline and it will appear soon.
